The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) is suitable for learners who are currently employed within a customer service role where a degree decision making is an element of the job. It is also suitable for learners who have more of a general management or technical responsibilities, or who occupy a specialist internal consultancy role within their organisation and hold a position that will allow them to influence decision making and shape how customer service is delivered inside or outside their organisation.

The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) provides the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding in customer service functions

Learners will cover a range of core subjects including:-

 Champion customer service

 Manage personal and professional development

 Manage customer service operations

Learners will also select a number of optional areas of study that encompass a wide range of skills.

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 18+.

There are no formal entry requirements, although learners must be able to work at the required level and have proficient use of the English Language.
