Qualification Structure

To achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF), learners must complete a minimum of 37 credits, including 26 credits from the mandatory units in Group M and a minimum of 11 optional credits from the optional units in Group O.

Each of the units in these qualifications is allocated a number of guided learning hours (GLH) which indicates the approximate number of hours for teacher supervised or directed study time and assessment.
