Each of the units in these qualifications is allocated a number of guided learning hours (GLH) which indicates the approximate number of hours for teacher supervised or directed study time and assessment. To achieve the Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF)) learners must complete a minimum of 53 credits: 22 credits from Mandatory Group A and a minimum of 23 credits from Optional Group B. A maximum of 8 credits can come from Optional Group C. At least 30 of the credits must be achieved at Level 5 or above.
