The purpose of this FAQ Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales (QCF) is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding of the sales sector.

This qualification is suitable for learners who work within a sales environment or those wishing to progress to a career in sales.

Minimum credits required to achieve the qualification: 22

Each of the units in these qualifications is allocated a number of guided learning hours (GLH) which indicates the approximate number of hours for teacher supervised or directed study time and assessment. Information on unit GLH for this qualification is given in each unit. The guided learning hours (GLH) for this qualification are: 124-167

To achieve the FAQ Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales (QCF) the learner must achieve a minimum of 22 credits 9 credits from Mandatory Group M and a minimum of 4 credits must be achieved from Group O1. The remaining 9 credits can be taken from Groups O2 and O3. However, if a learner chooses “selling by telephone – inbound”, they cannot also choose “selling by telephone – outbound”.
