Great Training At Riverside

Great training should energise and inspire trainees in addition to providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs successfully, which in turn, should make their organisations stronger and more competitive.

A Riverside Apprenticeship consists of: Working for a minimum of 30 hours a week at the apprenticeship rate of pay. There is an opportunity to work alongside experienced staff and obtain job-specific skills. You can achieve an accredited recognised qualification for your career pathway.
An apprenticeship can take 1- 2 years depending on your career pathway and level.
Existing employees can complete an Apprenticeship, they would continue on their current wage.
A traineeship consists of a training programme with work experience. It is designed to help young people aged 16-18 years gain work experience in their chosen career pathway. Alongside the work placement you will work towards up skilling your knowledge in a recognised accredited qualification with the opportunity to continue to study towards your English and maths qualifications.

Riverside Training is on the Register of training Providers (ROTP) and the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). We can help with funding of the apprenticeships for small employers subject to criteria. Riverside has access to further funding for certain qualifications subject to status. Riverside can offer an interest free payment scheme for all our qualifications.
