Not so long ago I set up Finnelle Recruitment, specialising in supplying high-quality childcare professionals for nurseries, schools, other childcare settings and parents.
This new company complements and enhances the services we provide through Riverside Training.
We are already seeing impressive demand and gaining a reputation for sourcing the best candidates for our clients.
Our team of experienced consultants is key to our success. Staff are carefully selected to provide the necessary expertise, professionalism and knowledge and are on hand to support both clients and candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
Alongside this, our candidate screening process surpasses current market standards and we will only recommend candidates for positions we believe fully meet the criteria of the employer - saving them time and advertising costs.
Nurseries, schools and other childcare settings
We supply Nursery Managers, Deputy Managers, permanent and temporary Early Years Practitioners at all levels and Reception Teachers.
We take pride in the fact that great care is taken to work closely with, and fully understand, our client's requirements to ensure we put forward a selection of candidates best matching the position and business.
Our childcare consultants get to know all candidates prior to recommendation - in fact many of them have been known to us for many years through our sister company - and clients can be confident they are extensively interviewed, thoroughly screened and references collected and verified.
All candidates - whether for full-time or part-time positions - are thoroughly interviewed and screened by our team. This ensures we only put forward candidates for interview that we consider have the necessary abilities, experience and additional key skills that best match parents' requirements.
References are critical for families welcoming a new Nanny into their family home and copies, as well as consenting referees, are forwarded to clients to assist in their selection process.
All candidates placed on a permanent basis will have had a DBS (previously CRB) check within 12 months prior to engagement with a family. While those on the Ofsted Voluntary Register will have undergone a DBS check when they first registered.
All Nannies must hold an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate and this can be gained at a discounted rate through Riverside Training, if required.
